Has anyone read the satanic bible by Anton Lavey? I heard that he was a very brilliant man and I wanted to hear reviews from people who have read it, and their opinions on his work.

All of us have fautls and shortcomings and christians are no exception. I curse and have a faoul mouth and I can get very testy ansty and mean to God with the things I say. I get very frustarted and I sound off with bad words. I have tried everything prayer, swear jars, fasting when needed and I cannot seem to kick this nasty skanky habit of cursing. God has been good to me and yes I know I am human and have faults but I know blessings and cursings cannot come from the same tongue what is your advice because I am a deacons wife and I need to be an example and would not want to bring anyone down. I have been struggling with this awful sin for many many years. I have gotten a tiny bit better but still have aways to go. I also want to stop curisng because it offrends and hurts my husband and I want to be a godly wife not a foul mouthed wife. Thank you and God bless you.

It costs about fifty dollars per person for the synagogue to plan and execute the many services surrounding Yom Kippur. Some members would like to send out a mailing asking for a $50 donation from non members which permits them full participation thoughout the holy days. To some, this is an opportunity for Jews who do not contribute annually to accept some financial responsibility. Others feel that this is a time to encourage non members who only come at this time to participate, and a request for financial responsibility is counterproductive. The fact remains that this is a huge expense for the membership.

the idiot neighbours are really annoying me. My husband is a truck driver and needs his sleep coz he has 3 oclock starts, and they have there music playing all night. This morning they had friends come over at 4 and were all just screaming, not angrily but coz apparently they thought the others couldnt hear them, I finally got back to sleep and they started fighting and screaming and carrying on (all this to the delightful sounds of heavy metal) we live on the same property in seperate houses, and they let there staffy (mean *** dog) out which then sits outside our door growling at us. I tried asking them to keep it down, coz we were trying to sleep and got slammed with 'I just got outta jail. you cant stop me celebrating ' he got out about 6 months ago! I am just concerned coz I am 6 months pregnant and out lease here doesnt run out till the baby will be 8 months, I wont be able to handle them and a screaming baby at once! HELP!!!!

Anybody know the meaning behind dreams about greeting cards!??either im leaving someone a card or recieving one.

Last night I dreamt someone got a card but i was reading it ,it had a folded letter in it,the card said "I love you,in her" and then i could'nt read the rest but it was full of writing.

The whole Bible conveys salvation through eating the sacrificial lamb to reflect the ultimate and eternal sacrifice of Jesus Christ:
Abel offered a lamb to God and later John the Baptist said, “This is the Lamb of God Who takes away the sins of the world.”
Abraham was going to faithfully offer his only son when an angel of God stopped him, he sacrificed a sheep God provided.
At Passover Moses had lambs sacrificed that had to be eaten with unleavened bread.
Then the Israelites ate Manna in the desert that they did not recognize and Moses told them “This is the bread which the Lord has given you to eat.”

If u say everyone should have freedom to do whatever they like.
i would say-do i have freedom to kill someone? or does bush have freedom to kill iraquies?
If u want freedom you have to be free in everything.There would be no ethical value when u want to get whatever u like.
Even u tell me about etics-i would say "i would do whatever i like."
The thing is human doesn't worth too much freedom.It's better be the way the god/nature wanted to be.

Can anybody possibly tell me where I can find a child size Santa Claus outfit, must have a beard, for my 71/2 yr. old daughter? Oddly enough, this is #1 on her "Wish List" this year. Only God knows why! Anyhow, it seems simple enough to grant her this, so I thought!! I can't sew, don't even wanna try, and I'm a way far from rich, single mother. But I do believe in Christmas, and know that for children, it’s something magical!! So I know- somehow, someway, someone out there, can give me an idea, and help me out. It would be so appreciated!

...he ALLOWS a 6 year old girl to be kidnapped, repeatedly raped and then murdered, then dumped into a roadside ditch...is this not absolute proof that god CANNOT be all of the above? Is this not ABSOLUTE proof that god cannot be a god? (This is a true story, by the way. Not only did he rape her vaginally, but also anally. They never caught the guy.) Do you think that little girl had a few prayers of her own while she was being raped? Why didn't god answer her? Why didn't he stop the man? He stopped all sorts of bad guys in the bible, why not now?

And please, anyone who says "The Lord works in mysterious ways" or "We cannot know the mind of god" will get you reported.

All i can say is that I'm glad I don't believe in all that religious mumbo-jumbo. It sure keeps my head clear and keeps me off constant defense.

Saw a blind guy stinking it up at a corner asking for change for his alcohol fix (african american btw) anyway I kicked his little pathetic change jar over and pretended to help him but swiped a few dollars from the poor sap. I dont feel bad about it cause he is causing our city to look like a refugee city and stuff. Does it make a difference if hes as blind as bat?

I mean u talk bad about women in Islam and the way they are treated .knowing that u got it all wrong, cause im Muslim girl and never been happier with my life…and yeah….i wear hijab and don’t wear "fake hair" like many stupid people said….i actually have the nicest hair thank you
Anyway….did u forget while talking about women in Islam that the U.S has the higher numbers of :
Crimes, especially pregnant women from a street sex
In rape
In abusing people "sex abuse"
In DEVORCE
In hitting women….i mean lots of American men I saw on TV are in jail for killing their women or hitting them
Has the higher number in prostitutes asking for money ……
And ya not to forget mentioning the single mothers who were left alone after knowing from the fathers that "she is pregnant"
And also higher orphans and street kids

So do you think u r fair?or let me be fair…and say that u may not really know the truth. I mean the media in U.S is like lying to a kid…maybe you are shown the wrong side of everything…is that the reason…if not then what's this big reason?

Do most Xians accept evolution as true? Before anyone says that evolution isn't proven, there have been many experiments and a lot of research which indicates that it does. For example Darwin found an island that contained both long necked and short necked turtles. The short necked ones died as a result of not being able to reach berrys as well as the others and died out, so therefore the long necked ones have adapted to their environment. That is only a very basic example but do most Xians accept evolution, and if not even accept it as a possibility?

Two people went on a blind date and the bill was split between the two. Fine. However, after that first blind date they have been on many subsequent dates and the guy has never offered to pay for the entire bill. The girl did pay the whole bill one time on her own. Is it rude to bring the topic up of paying while on a date? If not and assuming you start talking about it, is there any way to say that the guy should pay sometimes without sounding like a spoiled brat?
