They make Green Bay Packers X-mas stockings. You could get one of those and fill it with stocking stuffer things like scratch-off lotto tickets and a gift certificate, etc..

You could get her some Packer's merchandise, but being a fan, she probably has most of that stuff already. How about taking her to nice restaurant/bar that has a television (or two), when the Packer's are playing and treat her to all the drinks and food she would like, all the while rooting for the Packer's yourself.
There is a CD out by Chris Young. He's all country, and he sings pretty well. He's a new artist, so she may like that.

A Green Bay Packers blanket would be nice, or take a peek at her CDs to see which country artists she owns so you can buy her one she doesn't have.

Concert tickets. gift card to a country clothing store or Music store where she can buy a CD.
JC penny's has a lot of NFL accessories as well. a gift card to Penny's will be nice as well.
OR: gift card to go out to dinner.
