I know there are quite a few I just am not sure what they are. What are some of the time line contradictions? What are some of the contradictions in the "word". What are some good arguments to refute right wing "christians" who belive abortion is against christianity or homosexuality, and that prayer should be alloud in schools?

I have found a few

They both have the same letters in their names.
They both dress up in "red" suites.
They both have helpers small (little demons vs elves).

I am not trying to imply anything, I was just thinking about it and thought it kind of weird.

Personally I am quite against gay marriage not because I hate gay people ( I actually find many of them to be amiable) but because i detest homosexuality. However, when people ask me why I don't believe in homosexual marital unions my mind goes blank and i have a hard time coming up with a good argument. Can anyone help?

I have a coworker who is from Vietnam. He is an extremely fashion forward dude with the coolest personality. He always does things for me around the workplace and I want to get him a little gift of appreciation. I found the coolest sushi set, but I am feeling a little funny about it now. Wouldn't it be the same as someone giving me forks and saucers? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I don't know!! I don't want to offend my friend!

Wanted to see what you think I should do in this situation:

I met someone at a conference and through this person (P1) got connected to another person (P2). When P1 emailed us both to make the connection, P2 replied quite immediately with such enthusiasm to help, giving me the impression that she wants to help. I took a week to think of my reply and wrote to her. I followed up with another email but have not heard back. Wanted to see if I should:
1. write another email to P2
2. write to P1 to see if P2 is ok or if I offend her in any way (which I'm certain I didn't but who knows, people are strange sometimes)
3. forget the whole thing (even though it is a very good networking lead).

I appreciate your suggestion...thanks!

The Bible, The Quran and Science by Dr. Maurice Bucaille, a french surgeon. The book was published by American Trust Publications in 1979. Dr. Bucaille as an educated person with a scientific mind, it is very hard to believe in a holy book with the word of God being the ultimate source of knowledge if the holy book contradicts modern science. With that in mind, he concludes that the Holy Quran is the word of God untampered by humans and not contradicting science. In the case of the old testament or new testament, the human modification has made it scientifically unacceptable.

I have read materials from the 1960's and 1970's, including the Encyclopedia Brittanica and WorldBook Encyclopedia, and although theey have givne kudos to the Eastern religions, they siad nothing about new age and paganism. Their only references to witchcraft is personal stupidity based upon fantasy, not demonica or religion. This reference instates that witchcraft is mere superstition, not demonic magic nor long-lost religion. To me, this whole mix-up is BASED UPON SOMETHING ELSE because there is no other Western tradition that rivals the East. I am referring to the most respected resources and not garbage, for you should have seen the garbage I laid eyes upon, and they were ugly! Again, I was being neutral, for if I am lying about my testimony, then cast a spell and hope I die. Put tme on the cross and hope and pray that I will NEVER resurrect, for I hate to see someone cry. Again, I testify by my own age and religious beliefs, whatever they may be.
