This prophecy was fulfilled in Matthew Chap2 with Mary giving birth to Jesus.
The very fact that a "virgin" would giving birth to a child is puzzling enough, but the angel Gabriel speaking to Mary showed the the power of God's Spirit would take care of the conception so that child be "born of God".
Immanuel - literally meaning "God with us". God would come down and take on human form to walk amongest us and feel what we feel. He would take our sins upon himself and ultimately die for our sins.

Jesus mother Mary conceived him while she was a virgin and gave birth to him. Emmanuel means "God is with us." Mary was made to conceive without sex by The Holy Ghost.
