i'm really shy, but people think i;m immature because of that and i don't want them to think that. how can i fake it?

The best way to get going is to develop a 30 second introduction for yourself. Think speed dating where the essential information must be clearly presented during the initial impression time. You can memorize it but not look at the card where you have written it down.
End the introduction with a relevant question that invites the other person to provide some basic information about themselves.
