Why in the Old Testament does it say that the kings were allowed to have soo many wives and concubines and everyone was always having sex before marraige but everyone thinks it is now an abomination? I don't see why God would think sex is a very big deal. Isn't that what he created man to do? Reproduce?

Question for all faith groups. What would you do for them and how would you help them.

Say a poor man or woman comes up to you and asks you for money or if they had no place to go? What would you do? Please answer the question as stated.

I am particularly bothered that a respected man of GOD like John Hagee will be denigrated in that manner. Where i come from, we dont deify them, we respect them as servants of the Most High. A Biblical injunction says- Touch not mine anointed and do my prophets no harm. This is not fanaticism. It is the unbroken word of GOD.If we entertain any misgivings towards a man of GOD, we pray for him not insult him.We should allow the Holy Spirit do his work in the life of the person.More importantly, christains should be decorous at all times ,particularly, in their choice of words.

If I tell her to believe in Santa, then later down the road, she'll realize there isn't one and assume the same thing is true about God.

I would like to spend some time this summer volunteering somewhere in Latin America, especially Central America. I'm a English & Spanish teacher currently working in NJ. I'm looking for a volunteering program to join. I'm not looking into making money with that, but I can't afford to pay everything out of my pocket either, if you know what I mean. Is there any program that covers all or part of your travel and living expenses?
Thanks for your help,
Rafael

This seems like a very social network of people out here so I was just wondering? If so what is your community called and is formed with a group of people that only believe what you believe?
Also what do you believe or believe in?

Was he a blue-eyed European? On the History Channel they said his face was copied from aGreek statue of Zeus.

Why do you always see him as white when people in that area at that time were dark-skinned, some with kinky hair?

So many comparisions.

They both despise Jews and gays.

Their belief is the only way and if you dont agree you get shot/beheaded

It seems to me that both of them suck in all the weak willed people and use violence and intimadation to keep their followers in line.

You agree?
