I am particularly bothered that a respected man of GOD like John Hagee will be denigrated in that manner. Where i come from, we dont deify them, we respect them as servants of the Most High. A Biblical injunction says- Touch not mine anointed and do my prophets no harm. This is not fanaticism. It is the unbroken word of GOD.If we entertain any misgivings towards a man of GOD, we pray for him not insult him.We should allow the Holy Spirit do his work in the life of the person.More importantly, christains should be decorous at all times ,particularly, in their choice of words.

You are preaching 100% truth! Wish I could vote it as a good question, but I don't have enough points. Amen! Amen! Amen!

Because this is America. People have the right here to speak freely, and express their opinions. Even opinions that are rude, and may have very little basis in fact.
And people do "speak up" as you say, in public, in private conversations, in forums like this.
In many other countries, speaking against a leader may cause your family to disappear in the middle of the night. Perhaps its that way where you come from. If so, be glad you're here.

Same reason Peter forsake Jesus. We are afraid what others may think. Why do people all over speak ill of others? We want to be Christians but only when it is convenience for us. A man who God has called is a man of God. Do they have faults... Yes as we all do.
