when adam and eve were kicked out of the garden of eden God had a sword(s) spinning at the entrance to show them that they were banned from the garden. since there had never been war before and they would not have known what a sword was, why do you think it was recorded that a sword was used to show them that they could not return.


i think that it was recorded in the bible that a sword was used because the bible was writtin for our use today and in times past and God used a symbol that all humans through time would know what the meaning of it was. i dont necesarily think that an actual sword or vision of a sword was really used. maybe it was just recorded as being a sword so that we would understand it automatically that no entrance was allowed to adam and eve.

Are they just too lazy to get up and go to the restroom? I find this to be both rude and discusting!! Would it be wrong for me to say something to the person that does this? I mean, how can I actually enjoy or even eat my food when this is going on at the table next to me?!

I know the reindeer run in two rows, four to Santa's left, four to Santa's right, Rudolph out front and center to light the way. How are the reindeer set? Is Comet next to Cupid? Is Donner behind Prancer? Who's second from the front on the passenger side? Somebody help me out here!!! I have a play to arrange, and the "reindeer" are arguing about where they stand. my husband and i sometimes eat at the coffee table.....one day i took off my socks (i had only worn them in the house) and set them on the table.....my husband freaked out and said it was disgusting, etc.....personally i couldn't see why he was freaked out by my socks, when i see his cats on that table licking their buttholes all the time........i'm wondering which is worse.....socks on the table or a cat licking it's butthole on the table?????? (and yes i know they are BOTH gross....i'm wondering which would bother you more....)
