I would say the richest women in the world could be the Queen of the UK and all her other titles. i would lie to know when all her subjects are geting ther money back all the taxes the rich sds have had off the por over the years.

It depends on what you mean by "rich". We all have different definitions. To me, I'm rich. I have a loving family, a great husband, five great kids, a job, roof over my head and everyone is healthy again.
Now if you are speaking in monetary means, well then, I'd have to say either Bill Gates or Oprah.
