I need some ideas what to get my 1 year old nephew. I can not afford to buy him a game system or anything like that. He likes video games, but does not have a system of his own. He use to like to write and draw, now he is being a typical 13 year old and hides in his room or is out with his friends. I don't want to be the aunt that gives clothes, and I refuse to give a gift card or money.

It just seems as though he favors and protects evil people. I am just so beaten tired of serving him... of being left behind... ignored by him... all he wants to do is give me more lessons... "homework"... "educational experiences"... trauma... meanwhile the people who don't serve him sail gently right on with no problems in their lives... want to keep serving, but at a loss, don't know what to do... (I am Jewish but will accept Christian, Muslim and new age answers)

I am practices as a solitary witch and at this point I do not know of anyone who actively practices this. I don't want to sink my money into witch school to learn if I can learn the same on my own just by researching the internet or reading books.

What do I buy for my 86 YO Landlord and his wife for Chanukah?
My landlord and I are friends and he usally gives us something for the holidays. What could I get for them that they would like?
They have everything they need and they never leave the house!
I have bought fruit baskets in the past and they liked that. I would like to get them something diff. Any ideas?

If everyone had their money go into the bank and have their own computer chip inplanted to use like a credit card to remove the money. No one could steal checks or credit cards. Do banking by computer and just sent the money to people's accounts like we do now. What do you think would be a good idea to stop crime?

I just learned there are several Satanist sects in my neighborhood. I live in the Hollywood Hills of California. My neighbor found Upside down pentagrams, live stock heads, feathers, black candles, etc behind his home in the Canyon. After researching this I found there are sects holding down low meetings all around me. Many people have been noted as missing as well as animals, etc.

Quran 8:67 PICKTHAL: It is not for any prophet to have captives until he hath made slaughter in the land. Ye desire the lure of this world and Allah desireth (for you) the Hereafter, and Allah is Mighty, Wise. http://cwis.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/008.qmt.html

This chapter in the Quran is titled "Spoils or War / Booty". Why Allah would want to write about such a subject, I dont know, but the focuse here is verse 67 right at the begining where it says "its is not for ANY PROPHET to have...".

Islam claims Muhammad is the last Prophet. Allah will give us no more final prophets, even though he keeps giving us final prophets. According to Islam, this is finally it, Muhammad is the final of the final.

BUT WAIT, right here in the final prophets final book, it says "It is not for ANY PROPHET to have captives"? WHAT PROPHETS? I THOUGHT MUHAMMAD WAS THE LAST ONE, SO THE FINAL BOOK NEED NOT ADDRESS ANY FUTURE PROPHETS, AS THE QURAN DOES HERE!!!!!

I am a teacher and am aware of a student who fasts every month for 3 days straight. I think this student also fasts every Monday and Wednesday. This student is 13 years old and the fasting seems to affect her performance in school. The student informed me that this was a normal part of her religious observance. The student lives with a family member who is very observant in the Judeo-Christian religion. I would like to know if this degree of fasting is "normal" for her religion and whether she would be considered old enough within the belief structure of the religion to make such a decision. I am concerned that this fasting may be a result of influence by this family member rather than an individual choice by the child.

ok i went to these guys place i just recently hung around with them fo a week just two guys it was nicks birthday and he got mad at a video game he lost and said the n word. at the video game plus he allways makes jokes about chicken to me he did sa sorry for saying th n word, the other guy tyler we went to the bar he picked up no dirl but he told me i could sleep at his place but if a girl came i would have to leave, i see them looking at me in the gym and wispering and commenting on what i am doing, i allways give them positive compliments to impress them and they give me next to nothing

Wouldn't eating right and not drinking to excess and not using tobacco help? she said, "No!" Then why did so many less people die in California when they had the 55 mile per hour speed limit and enacted the seat belt law? I mean if it was predetermined what difference would it make?
