I just learned there are several Satanist sects in my neighborhood. I live in the Hollywood Hills of California. My neighbor found Upside down pentagrams, live stock heads, feathers, black candles, etc behind his home in the Canyon. After researching this I found there are sects holding down low meetings all around me. Many people have been noted as missing as well as animals, etc.

Timothy II 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
Timothy II 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
Timothy II 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
Timothy II 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Timothy I 5:15 For some are already turned aside after Satan.

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

I don't understand why Satan worshippers would feel the need to copy regular religious groups. So, if they're going to "worship" Satan, the only thing they could come up with is forming a group, like a church and then having ceremonies, like mass or Sunday services. Trying to act in a way that is opposite of God worshippers. How cliche.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.

The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.

Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.

Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.

Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Time to move on friend. No wonder, where you live there are many lost souls. I visited there a few years ago and it is a playground for the devils kids.

Good news, by practicing their own religion they will destroy one another.Soon they will be gone but those who are in Christ will live forever.

Let the police worry about it. If anybody has been hurt or missing, they will investigate. If it is harmless ritual stuff, I doubt they will do anything.

I've researched Satanism, and they don't sacrifice animals and people, so I have to say that this question is entirely false.
