What do I buy for my 86 YO Landlord and his wife for Chanukah?
My landlord and I are friends and he usally gives us something for the holidays. What could I get for them that they would like?
They have everything they need and they never leave the house!
I have bought fruit baskets in the past and they liked that. I would like to get them something diff. Any ideas?

One of the best gifts is to donate to a charity in the name of your landlord & his wife.
Tzedakah is a key part of Jewish life.

I will actually be buying this for my uncle:
It is a serving dish for Chanukah... can be used for parties and such. It is from the Jewish Museum, lots of other gift ideas there if you want to check it out.

a box of chocolates?
One of those mugs with the fixins' for cookies or hot chocolate?
put a movie, a bag of popcorn, and a throw in a basket?

personally i am not jewish. i have cousins who r though. in the past they of said that they got fruit baskets as well. maeby flowers or a decoration.

How about having a nice dinner delivered to them - better yet if you're a cook, make dinner and take it to them.
