I had chateaubriand (french beef tenderlion) and little potatoes, cucumber and tomato salad and challah. With grape juice and a brownie for dessert! It was awesome!

I want every one to say some thing that they believe about black white or gay people but you dont know is true or not everyone read all the comments and if you can correct someone then do so it will be fun and informative I'll start

I want to know why white girls always look at black guys but seem as if thery are scared to say hell I also want to know why white girls dance with each other and kiss each other at parties and don't dance with guys

think of it this way if you had heart condition would you see a dentist for diagnosis? Why do so many Protestants (that includes SDA, JW, and Baptist) assume their presumpositions on Catholicism are truthfully accurate without complete examination of what the Church really teaches?

I am a chinese and doing an engineering course in a university, but I find it hard to make firends. Maybe it is because of my english? Sometime people don't understand what I say. I may not very sociable, but the people in course never talk to me unless I talk to them first. What is our problems?

This girl at my table douring lunch is an athiest. I am a Christian but I am not bothered by religious differences, although I am bothered by the imaturity of others my age. (I feel like the smartest person in the world sometimes and I'm not being smug, it feels sad and isolating) She call me ignorant because I thought teacher's couldn't use taboo language while teaching a class, and something about me not knowing something about sex - i can't remember (keep in mind that this is my first year in a public school and I got my only sex ed from sitcoms) She must think everyones dumb because she expects us to believe her stories, for example: she says she's met Tom from MySpace, and Falloutboy knows her by name, while at the same time, acording to her, she has religious and proctective parrents. Today she asked to copy my work and I said no and she's like "Ohh! Is it imooooral!?" It makes me feel better to imagine she will be punished on judgment day, is that wrong of me?

I seriously can NOT think of any. People who dislike it say it is disgusting or wrong because they are close-minded, ignorant, and stupid. And that is their opinion, not a fact.

Also, they use the Bible and put up 50 quotes as to why it is wrong. BUT man wrote the Bible, not God. And people are allowed to have FREEDOM of religion under the First Amendment in the US Constitution, so the religions of Christianity are not the only religions/beliefs allowed, are NOT the one true RIGHT ideas.


So then tell me: WHY IS BEING GAY WRONG?

I'm straight but really like wearing cool shoes, like leather cowboy boots. Somebody told me this makes me seem gay, but I think I should be able to wear whatever I want. However, I also don't want to send the wrong message....what do you think?

I've read and heard about how people saying even though they have done bad things in their past that they wouldn't dream of doing now they still have no regrets. How can someone truely turn thier back on those deeds without regret? Wouldn't that allow for them to return to those bad behavoirs? I have many regrets. I don't dwell on most of them but I see no reason to not regret any of the things I did or didn't do that make for those regrets.

My previous post (check it out off my profile page if you like) asked about the inability to prove OR disprove the existence of God by mankind. If it is in fact impossible to prove or disprove (in terms of a reasoned, scientific method) His existence, then isn't it just ridiculous for people to waste so much time and invective on the issue? Believe or don't and live in peace. Why does religion become such a contentious issue, when most religions espouse peace on Earth and goodwill to man?

By definition, God exists beyond the realm of human understanding. To me, that means mere humans would be incapable of either proving or disproving His existence.

Please chime in with your thoughts, but throughout history some of the greatest minds of all time have failed at this task, and that is why the terms 'faith' and 'belief' seem so appropriate to me.

while I am standing there not understanding what they are saying. Now, these Hispanics know how to speak English, but instead they choose to speak to each other in their own tongue. Am I wrong in seeing this as very rude and impolite? Am I wrong to feel offended by this? In the least, I think that these folks know very little about proper etiquette. Am I right or wrong?
