From a logical stand point reincarnation has to exist. We cannot possibly evolve and learn everything in one simple lifetime on Earth. God being Just, He would allow us every possible chance to evolve, correct our mistakes, and learn. Therefore, reincarnation is just another step in our eternal life-cycle. Once we return to the Spirit World, after this corporeal existence, we re-cooperate, learn, and plan our next existence. Then we are reborn.

The faster we evolve, the faster we will become closer to God. Reincarnating to different planets, which match our evolutional state. As we are on planet Earth at this time, we have considerable evolving to accomplish, for Earth is still a planet of suffering, trials and materialism. But remember too, that planets evolve, and the people reincarnating to the planet gradually evolve. Those who refuse to evolve, and stagnate, over time, over many reincarnations, will be past by the planet's evolution. Then they will reincarnate to a planet more suited for their evolutional state.

No.
When we die, we remain 'asleep' in death until we are resurrected. Rev. 20; 12,13
Asleep? (2 Peter 3:4) and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep [in death], all things are continuing exactly as from creation’s beginning.”
The Bible says nothing about there being any 'action' between dying and being resurrected.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5-6) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten. 6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they have no portion anymore to time indefinite in anything that has to be done under the sun.

(Ecclesiastes 9:10) All that your hand finds to do, do with your very power, for there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in She′ol, the place to which you are going.

She'ol is man's grave.

I don't believe in reincarnation. I didn't believe in it the last time I was here either.

Most definitely, in my opinion.
I believe that we have all had many past lives.
"Many Lives, Many Masters" by Brian L. Weiss is a FASCINATING book.
It is a very good book even if you don't believe in reincarnation. It can really open your mind to different things.

No only God's jugdment
Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

Mat 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
Mat 12:37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

2Co 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
2Co 5:11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

I believe it does, but that doesn't mean it does exist. Nobody TRULY knows what happens to you after death. It's just a matter of what makes the most sense to you.
