I am posting this question merely to see what others think. I mean no disrespect to anyone or anyones history.

At what point in time do we stop with Affirmative Action! I have recently applied to pharmacy school and was denied. I had an excellent score on the PCAT, excellent interview, letter of intent, etc. My counselor said that I was a shoe in. Well I was denied, so I went to the board and asked why? I said its because I am a white male right!! and they merely responded was that its just one of those things that happen. I later found that they had to fill a diversity requirement for the school. My sister has a friend that applied the same time as I. She was a Argentinian gal, (nice girl) however had worse grades and a lower pcat score.

When will the one with the best grades/ qualifications be admitted?How can we hope to defeat racism by having affirmative action.

If I do Masturbation. Will it hurt me or others in my life?

I have asked God before that I would never do Masturbation again. As I was thinking it was a Sin. And now reading. I don't think it is a Sin.

Even if I said to God I would not do Masturbation. Thinking it was a Sin. And I don't think its a Sin now. And I go back on what I said. Will it be okay?

I've noticed from experience that after showering in the morning and wearing pants for the day (without a belt), they fit normal... not loose and no need for a belt obviously. BUT, by the afternoon/evening they're practically falling off. I've never truly understood the reason for this.

As every one knows there is a debate on whether to change the red poppy to white. Did the red poppy have anything to do with religion though, as I thought it was for rememberance of the people who died. If so, why change it for religious purposes which seem highly irrelevant? Are we all going to think of God and forget about the people who died?

i really need advice on this!! For years i have had an attraction to men. I really don't think it is a phase for me anymore because I am 19 years old. For a couple of years now I have fallen victim to gay internet pornography. I've told someone once, but I have been avoiding them because I feel so dirty just thinking about it. I have spent months trying to psych myself into telling my youth pastor, but so far it hasn't really worked. It is really hard for me. I don't want to tell anyone else about it and i cannot accept it because it is WRONG!!! I don't want to be gay! Please help, I'm tired of being like this.

This is not singled out to only white people. I have seen many white, hispanic, black, and other non-chinese or japanese people with chinese characters tattooed on them. Usually its a single character, or a few characters that makes no sense in either chinese or japanese. I for one, think its really silly.

What does everyone think about it?

Ok.....here it goes.....I accepted Im bi when i was 15. Me and this guy were screwing around and then suddenly he turned straight and stopped talking to me.....today he called me. he told everyone around school about me and him but he says hes straight now but i still love him and he says hes confused.....ive got a girlfriend now too but i dont feel sexually attracted to her and just see her as a friend.....i dont want to hurt her but......im confused if im gay or not.....im afraid to go all the way gay but i dont like girls really.....am I gay or bi? how should i handle my girlfriend and exboyfriend?.....help!!!!!!
