According to Islam, the Anti-Christ is called Dajjal. All the minor signs of the Day of Judgement have appeared. And the major ones have already come into existance. Starting from the explosion in New York City (9/11) which lead to a war in Iraq. It is believed by the scholars that this will eventually lead to a major war (perhaps WW3) with Christians and Jews against Muslims (which started simmering and has now boiled over). After that a man called Mehdi will appear in Mecca during the pilgrimmage to the Holy City whilst circling the Kaba during Hajj on the 10th of Muharram (an Islamic month). Then the alliances will be made and Dajjal will appear. At this point, there will be extreme corruption in the world and lack of morality (something already here).
So what is the role of America in the emergence of the Anti-Christ? That is where the major shift in the world started...after 9/11. Everything has dramatically changed (for the worst) and it will just excalate from here until Dajjal's appearance. He will have one eye (kinda like the one eye on the pyramid on the one dollar bill) and he will convince and force people to follow his false religion by performing hypnotic music and evil magic (both of which are forbidden in Islam - music and magic).
Ever view the TV as a one-eye hypnotic machine? It's kinda like a preparation to the one-eyed Dajjal.
Oh, there will also be 40 Big Liars in the world who were of high status like leaders...(Bill Clinton, Ted Haggard, etc) that will be revealed before the emergence of the Dajjal. I'm pretty sure a lot have already been exposed, I just can't think of any right now...
May God save us all from such a time of corruption.

I have studied Revelation and all other books in the Bible relevant to this subject and I cannot find a single scripture where America appears. After the rapture, all else pertains to the Jewish folks, as this is the last 7 years of their time, as prophesied in Daniel

It's like everything else... on 6/6/6 everyone was all freaking paranoid. There was something so terrible coming, something predicted to be an outburst of evil. On that day... nothing happened.

From my understanding, America in no way is spoken of in the end times described in the bible. We aren't mentioned in any way at all (obviously, the US was not around when the books of the bible were written; I'm speaking prophetically).
