Not ashamed of Jesus. Ashamed at how they present THEMSELVES, and therefore "mis"represent Jesus?

Obviously applies to just LGBT. Are you out to family, friends, at work?

Are gays better off when more are completely out, or does it matter?

I understand their use for Japanese name suffixes (e.g. Ryu-kun). But what about other instances? (I can't come up with any now, sorry). Any ideas? I have a hunch it's related to romanisation discrepancies (or changes)...

It has been my experience that most people are asking questions to try and prove a point, very few are ernestly looking for an answer or at least an answer that informs them. Now I am not accusing anyone of a bad thing, I just what to know if you feel like you need to prove a point or if you generally don't know something and want an answer?

Personally I think most of my questions on here have been me looking for answers, but I do admit to making a few points here and there.

Do we need national divides to save us from foreign devils? Or do you dream of a day when all people can live peacefully under one flag?
Do boundaries protect our way of life? Or does multiculturalism offer new possiblities?
Are we safer from explotation with local government? Would a worldwide government protect us all equally?

Is it "soo"? What's the difference between it and Tsu or Soo? Also, there's this author by the name of Jung Chang. I'm surprised that her name's pronounced "yoong." Is this a dialectic pronunciation?

Note: I have some basic knowledge of Mandarin; and the name's not that common here in Malaysia, I think.

I just had a conversation with a co-worker about my wedding and mentioned that my sister is a Pagan and he immediately got this image in his head about people killing animals in ritual. Now I know that Pagans don't do that but he said that unless he sees literature on the subject negating his belief that he won't believe me. I know that there is a lot of information on the net showing how the church pertetrated lies about pagans centuries ago, but I was wondering if anyone can provide me with a specific link showing the truth of Pagans and the lies that were told about them.

If you are going to answer that Pagans do kill animals in rituals, don't bother answering, please.

What is the "wind", that he refers to?

When we use words like "queen", quee_, fa_, etc when describing our self or other gays, do we send out mixed signals (even when the intent is humorous).

Or do we take the words away from the bigots?

I have read there is a possibility there isn't a physical hell as we picture.

Is it possible during the end of days God will make life (You can't actually die during this time to escape it) so unbearable that even the most hardheaded of people we'll see the truth.

Hell is also seen as being buried is it possible true hell is body and soul just being buried never to rise again.

That would be a hell in a sense having your soul trapped in your dead body buried and forgotten, forever in darkness.

We need to start a protection campaign, we need to use the most secret magics of our books to protect them, this is an all out war, Witches unit and submit to the cause! We need to organise, any suggestions welcome.

With all the horrible battle wounds in Iraq, why won't any of them replace limbs? A friend of mine's Aunt went to a faith healing meeting and they also couldn't heal her (visible deformity).

My question is, why can faith healers only "heal" things you can't actually see

She'd had probs(thrush, from what I can gather) since last Thurs, visited a female doc @ her uni practice yesterday.

N.B. All this below is according to her

Doctor asked her whether she'd had sex (gf told her about my 1-night stand and how I'd been tested for that - I've told her about it, BTW - and how she's never been with anyone else AT ALL) and the doctor said that she'd never had sex, purely because she'd never done a boy!!

gf was prescribed some cream. Thing is, there's a white side and a green side to prescription slips in the UK, and normally the patient gets given the white side to keep.
The doctor screwed up the white side and threw it away, so now gf doesn't think she can even get her prescription.

She phoned me up in tears about it y/day, and I, frankly, am fkn angry about how she was treated.

P.S. Anyone who remembers my q "Think I'm bi (kinda cheated - uh-oh?)?", I've never had it and wouldn't have passed it on to her. I'm currently awaiting results
