I have read there is a possibility there isn't a physical hell as we picture.

Is it possible during the end of days God will make life (You can't actually die during this time to escape it) so unbearable that even the most hardheaded of people we'll see the truth.

Hell is also seen as being buried is it possible true hell is body and soul just being buried never to rise again.

That would be a hell in a sense having your soul trapped in your dead body buried and forgotten, forever in darkness.

Wow Sean you always ask some of the deepest questions I have ever seen on here.

The idea of our souls being trapped in our bodies and being buried would be hell, I can't imagine spending eternity knowing nothing but the darkness of the grave.

I think that hell is soley a christain belief. I am not christian, therefore I do not believe in hell.
When you die, I think your soul goes on automatically, it cannot be trapped ,you go on to be reborn.
If I'm wrong and the christian god does in fact exist, I think that the end of days will be horrific beyond belief and everyone will get a chance to change their mind. After all it is a forgiving god, isn't it?

It is evident that you are a curious person and are looking for answers. Is there a hell? Yes and Lucifer resides over it. My Bible tells us this. Since you are stating that you read this somewhere, I will assume that is was not in the Bible. As to where this info came from; well it is not important. Anyone taking the time to try and countermand God's word is apparently trying to disprove it.. That gives me all the more reason to believe in it. Your last statement is very true in a sense. But we are already trapped in these bodies aren't we? I think it is our purpose to use these bodies that we have been given to better ourselves and by doing so, bettering the world. Even just one person at a time.

Imagine some ancient desert tyrant trying to keep his subjects in line. He would have to enforce loyalty and obedience - along with large dollops of respect, fear, and all those other coercive sentiments with which populations are subdued. Part of his suite of oppression must include some hefty threat of punishment - the more horrible and long-lasting the better. Sound familiar? It should, because your concept of "hell" is derived from the scribbling sycophants of these barbarous rulers.

Hell is clearly described in the Bible. It is referred to by Jesus himself. If you believe in the Bible as the Word of God and knowing God doesn't lie; Hell does exists.

One description of Hell is that it is the state of being eternally separated from God. Lots of people fit this state so I'd say it most definitely is there, Bible belief or no.

When we die, we either go back to the Sun where we are from, or to the earths core (hell).

Well, that is horrible enough to deserve the name of Hell for me.

I think its the same when you sleep and don't remember. I think you wake up one day and everything has changed and you don't even know it. You are resdistributed and remanufactured. You have no memory and hell is right now. Hell is dying.
