The Latin answers above are correct, but the normal English translation is "Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews".
There's a good story behind this. He was accused by the Jewish religious authorities of claiming to be king of the Jews. Pontius Pilate, who had come to respect him while questioning him at his trial, had the inscription put on top of his cross. The Jews complained, saying he only called himself this. Pilatereplied "What I have written, I have written".
