I am throwing an AREA 51 theme party for my 51st Birthday. I thought it would be great, since this has been a favorite topic of conversation in my Family for many years. I have a few ideas, but would appreciate any positive, fun and original ideas that you may have on food, decorations, favors, cake, games, etc. Thanks!

in many parts of the world rama is considered an ideal. after looking carefully into the story of rama i noticed a lot of negative points in rama 's character.rama is praised that he obeyed blindly his father's order of going to jungle for 14 long years. actually this is totally a negative point. such mechanical obedience is sheer stupidity. even the orders of parents should never be obeyed blindly ,specially when the children are grown up.after killing ravana, rama took agni pariksha of his wife sita i.e. he ordered sita to walk through fire to prove her purity . how on earth walking through fire proves sanctity of a person and supposing the trick does work, then why rama himself did not walked through fire? after some years he again abandoned a pregnant sita in the jungle without any fault of hers'.again after sometime rama realised his mistake and tried to bring sita back, but now SITA refuses to go back and she commits suicide.how a person can be honoured whom his denied?

i chose to become a novice since i felt that my life belonged to God but our Mother Superior says many are called but few are chosen and they think that i should re-think my decision to stay inside the convent. I want to be a nun.. can anyone enlighten me and help me decide(T.T)?

I work with a group of asylum seekers and refugees from Eritrea who would like to start a training and advice centre for their community, and also set up a volunteering program so that they can put something back into the community.

In chapter 9 of the book of Isaiah it states that a child will be born and in verse 6-7 it states that this child will be called,"...And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace....", and as far as I know the chapter 9:1-7 is refering to the Massiah. Why would the Messiah be called "mighty God and Wonderful counselor, if he is not of God or is God or at least a part of God?

I regretfully killed my family's pet (a rodent). I feel like crap for the lying to my family and the suffering I have caused to this animal. I did it for totally selfish reasons and I'm filled with remorse. In general I have a great job, great kids and amazing wife. Why then do I trip up from time to time? It stands to reason that if jesus were a carpenter, then he should have left behind some buildings, or some furniture, or some example of his work, You'd think that christian collectors would pay a premium for that stuff. Maybe he sucked at being a carpenter so he decided to become a hippy instead?

i have identified myself as bisexual and i am 15 and my parents know about it and really dislike me for it. ive tried to get my mom to understand that no matter who you love you should be happy for and even though the bible says homosexuality is wrong, is it wrong to be bisexual? ive never had a girlfriend yet, but i am attracted to girls. so yes, i know i am sure of myself. but lets say i have a boyfriend, and i am secretly attracted toward another girl. is that wrong if i am engaging in heterosexual activity? i am so confused...
