They think that our lifestyle is boring because we are missing out on catching Aids, S.T.D.'s, arrests, drunkenness, raped, murder, and avoiding going to heaven. As for me i will continue to live the boring life...thank you very much.

They have the mistaken idea that life as a Christian must be boring if they don't participate in the things most people view as "fun". There must be nothing to talk about with another person if you can't relive last night's adventures at the bar! What they don't realize is that there is soooo much more for Christians to talk about with each other that is fresh and exciting and satisfying.

I'm not sure what kind of answer you're looking for here. What 'people' are you refering to? Non-christians? I don't believe that everyone thinks a Christian relationship is boring. Especially Christians. :)

Because Christians put God before everything else. This means that in a relationship, each partner puts their partner second (at best). The knowledge that you will never be the most important thing in your lover's life constantly erodes the spark of romance and passion in the relationship.

I can't answer for all people, but I could for myself. Christian relationships are boring because you can't do anything without someone telling you are going to hell for doing it.

Because maybe they cant understand how one can have a very pleasing live without, forication, alcohol, drugs, violence, risky behavior. I have a very exciting christian life. I am in a band, I have a wonderful daughter, I paint, I enjoy nature. These things arent boring at all.

I dont. I believe they have fun by their own standards and if theyre having fun, then its not boring to them, thats what matters, but for someone who likes to have fun in ways a christian would call sinful, then yes a christian can be quite boring, but not all christians go by the book, they alter the "truth" to fit their needs.

I'm a Humanist and I've never thought that. But I, too, don't believe in doing illegal drugs or abusing legal ones, drinking to excess, treating sex as something casual, or violating the rights of others. I, too, believe in being faithful to my spouse and kind and fair to others. No doubt some would consider me prudish or boring, but that's the life I've chosen to live.

Relationships with god or relationships with people? I usually find Christians to be boring, so shouldn't their relationships match their personalities?

They just don't know any better. People shun and fear what they don't understand. Unless they're ready for a Christian relationship as well, it's not going to interest them. That's actually the way God created it so that we wouldn't have so many people unequally yoked. But, you know most of us think that we know what's best for ourselves and try to make it work, or try to change them anyway.

I don't understand it. The closer I've grown to Jesus, the more exciting my life has become. Are you speaking of relationships between Christian friends or couples?
