You could be a zombie waitress. I'm a zombie almost every year and I do my own make up. You could attatch a fake severed hand onto your outfit holding a dollar bill or something. It's the extra's added to a costume that really catch a person's eye.

How about a martini they sell them in stores so i'm not sure if you'd consider it original but ive not seen many women dressed as martini's

Why not just dress as the Wicked Witch of the West? Only maybe with a Vamprilla twist? Otherwise, green skin and black lipstick, but no warts or crooked nose?

a witch, or what is funny for a bartender is the Playboy Bunny. I've seen alot of bartender women dressed as that.
