i really think.after reading some books and investigating that saturday, the actual sabbath day was changed to sunday by the catholics cos they worship the SUN instead of GOD so they compelled the early true christians to worship the sun too and then changed and layed curfew on all those who worshipped on saturday which is the treue sabbath day!!!!

I ask this question because in several opportunities when someone has apologized to me and they say im sorry and they dont mean it, that bothers me so much that it makes me angry. The reason is that when someone apologizes and says im sorry then whatever it was that was wrong to do or say should never be done again. When you apologize you recognize that something was done that was bad so you dont repeat the same mistake. Some people apologize just to escape from the situation meaning that they dont care for what they did so then why even say im sorry...

We know that man cant possible have been wiped out at the time specified, we know a ship couldnt have been built that big at the time, we know that all the animals wouldnt have fit in, cohabitated, survived and then be returned to their respective corners of the globe. (Imagine Noahs sailing mileage!) so how do Christians interprit the story now, do they take it as the word, or with a pinch of salt? IS it possibly based on a small portion of the globe?

I would like to say yes, but speaking as a business owner the answer would have to be no, women who where full face vails is in my mind disconcerting and sinister, and muslim men as i understand it need to pray so many times a day, this all creates a feeling of resentment among other workers, and therfore does not promote the kind of integration needed, i know i will get a lot of slagging off for this question but these are simple facts, what are your opinions??

John 14:16, And I shall pray father, and he shall give you another Comforter (Helper; paracletus)…..…for ever.
John 14:26, but the comforter whom the father will send in my name, he shall teach all things and bring all the things to your remembrance whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 15:26, But when he is come….He shall testify of me!!!

Quran Testify and Unfolds Prophecy of Bible!

Al-Imran 3:21 Verily! Those who disbelieve in the Ayah (commandments, signs) of Allah and kill the prophets without right, and kill people, who order just things, announce to them a painful torment.

Al-Imran 3:55 And Remember! When Allah said “O! Iesa (Jesus)! I will take you and rise you to my-self and clear you of those who disbelieve and I will make superior to those who believe in Books.

Did Mary give birth to other children than Jesus? It’s interesting to notice that the Orthodox, Catholics and Protestants have different opinions on this matter, that anyway still remains debated. The orthodox believe that James and the others would be children of a preceding marriage of Joseph, instead, according to the Catholic Church, James and the others would have been cousins of Jesus (the use of the word “brother” for cousin is well attested in the biblical Greek and in the papyruses). At the same time, the Protestants believe that Mary had other children in addition to Jesus. I’m quoting some passages of the Gospel of Matthew, in which it’s clearly said that Jesus had some brothers and sisters:

I agree with beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and like every other community you have your goodlooking and normal looking (there's no such thing as ugly in my books). Why do a lot of people think that all gay men are goodlooking and all lesbians are ugly? It doesn't make any sense.

I beleive that the teachings of buddha, bible and quran do not teach you exactly what's all about, they merely point the fingers at the right direction for you. you alone would need to walk the path to get enlightened.
If one is told the smell of roses, but never in his entire life seen a rose before, then he would never ever understand how a roses' smell like. You could use thousand of words to describe the smell of roses, one can only gauge the spirit of your words not the exact smell. I have noted christianity's obseession with the bible, and that cause the problems of blind faith and rigidity. What do you have to say?

How high a standard of behaviour do you set when you start with the assumption "everyone sins"?

If everyone sins, how much of an effort will you make to avoid sin? If people who sin can get to Heaven, why bother trying to avoid sinful behaviour? Sin, believe you're forgiven by your faith in Jesus, and sin again.

What standard of behaviour do you set for yourself with such beliefs? Even genocidal maniacs and pedophiles could get into Heaven with that kind of standard, while their victims, if not Christian, would be kept out of Heaven.

Try to pick someone before the 20th century. The person doesn't have to be "out", or famous for being "gay".. just the first famous gay person from history that comes into your head!
