Can't say I blame you for getting angry, I do too. As far as saying I'm sorry, if I really am, then, no I don't have a problem saying it. I figure I owe it to the person or persons involved to offer a sincere apology and if I can't do that, then I just don't. I will however, explain, or try to explain, why I'm not apologizing in the hopes that they would understand my side of things. Doesn't always happen though.

Great question and comment !
I totally agree with you.
I don't say I'm sorry if I don't mean it and sometimes it makes others mad , but until I can really understand what it is I did wrong or what I did to hurt their feelings, I cannot apologize. It really irritates me when people just say "sorry" just to make themselves feel better and not even know what they are saying it for.
I know people can tell how I feel when I do apologize because it is from the heart and I feel really bad knowing that I did wrong or screwed up somehow and let them down.

i do my best not to get myself into a situation where i have to apologise. So long as you stay conscious of your actions all the time, and you edit and review what you're presenting before you do or say it, there should be no need for apology on that front.
it's when my actions produce undesired results, or i make a genuine mistake that i'll genuinely apologise, but i must confess that usually i'll apologise to make a point becaus someone else has done me wrong.
or if i'm sorry that someone has experienced something bad...
having said that, i've had many causes to apologise to my mum lately & if required i'll offer up a genuine and heartfelt apology.

I only ever say I'm sorry when I mean it. If I'm in an arkward situation through doing something I believe in or at the time believed in, then i stand up for my decision. A simple philosophy that will take you far.

There are many reasons why a person would say they are sorry. Say if someone lost a loved one...or...if they were mean to someone...or if someones had a bad day...ect
When someone has to say theyre sorry for chewing someones @$$, well then maybe they should have thought twice before they did it.
When I say IM sorry, I mean it.

I mean it when I say it to my family or friends but I guess I'm guilty of saying it just to please the other person or make them feel better such as in the work place. I work in customer service & sometimes people are complaining about the most craziest & petty things but I realize to them it must be a big thing. In that sort of situation I say it without truly meaning it but to make them feel better or because its my job.

Yes I do.
for me what's the use of saying sorry if you don't really feel the words.there are times that i'm thinking first before saying sorry,if i realized that i really did a mistake then i will say sorry, but If i thought that i did nothing wrong to someone......why should i say it.

I try NOT to say sorry when I do not mean that.
PERSONALLY I will rather say that I am sorry that person is upset, than apologise for my actions if I am not sorry for what I have done.

I don't say something unless I truly mean it. My apologies are sincere.
