If i had to guess it would be that people can't take their money with them when they die so you never see an armored car following a hearse.

How do you know it was following the hearse? Maybe it was a mafia funeral and there was someone in the armored car to be protected from assassination.

Maybe the deceased worked for the guard company and, before he died, requested an armored car be driven by his buds at his funeral. It would be the same as a cop car for a deceased cop, a fire truck for a fireman, etc. Happens all the time.

You can't take it with you - what use would an armored car filled with the treasures a person has accumulated in life be if the person is dead?

It means that, if you spend your whole life chasing money, you still can't take it with you in the end. Bye-bye

Means you can't take it with you, money is useless when you are dead, but your soul lives. It's better to have your wealth in heaven.
