in many parts of the world rama is considered an ideal. after looking carefully into the story of rama i noticed a lot of negative points in rama 's character.rama is praised that he obeyed blindly his father's order of going to jungle for 14 long years. actually this is totally a negative point. such mechanical obedience is sheer stupidity. even the orders of parents should never be obeyed blindly ,specially when the children are grown up.after killing ravana, rama took agni pariksha of his wife sita i.e. he ordered sita to walk through fire to prove her purity . how on earth walking through fire proves sanctity of a person and supposing the trick does work, then why rama himself did not walked through fire? after some years he again abandoned a pregnant sita in the jungle without any fault of hers'.again after sometime rama realised his mistake and tried to bring sita back, but now SITA refuses to go back and she commits suicide.how a person can be honoured whom his denied?

I believe that back in time, the obediency toward the parents was really important to asian culture such as arrange marriage. However time has changed and soo on. I wonder if u have read the whole story..but didn't the king owe a wish from his youngest wife? She helped him in something and in return, she wishes her son to take the trone instead of Rama who's a son from one of his many wives. Thus, The prince was asked to leave to not create any conflicts with his brothers concerning the trone. As for Sita, that part of story wants to demonstrate how purity is important. The way Sita acted by deniing do what Rama asked for, is to show that woman have also values. In other word, there is some sort of respectof how self confident she had....

You don’t have explanations of these question because you heard Ramayana from wrong source.
You have asked 4 question and I am attempting to answer as I have heard from proper source and so the answer will be long -
1) Why did Rama follow his father’s instruction to go to forest?
- Rama's Father was a King or Administrator. In Vedic culture the promise of King is given very high importance. Not like the present Democracy, where a Politician promises any thing and when he gets votes he forgets his promise. This is work of cheaters. People Trust the King for his Words and to loose the trust of the people who support him is far below death. Where is such a King in the whole world? Dasarath had made promise to his queen, and queen demanded that Rama be sent to exile. Dasarath was broken hearted, as it was neither politically correct nor correct as Father. But Lord Rama argued that Bharat, the younger brother was very much fit to be an Idle King and in such case the present King Dasarath need not break his word and set a wrong example. He voluntarily took up to obey the promise to teach to future Kings how careful they should be when making the promise. If we have even one such King in the world, the whole world would change. Besides one of the aim of Lord Rama’s appearance on this earth was to kill Ravana and this was arranged, so that, that purpose can be achieved.

2) Sita’s Agni Pariksha.
- Sita was forced to live with another man. But the purity and position of Mother Sita was very well know. Even fire could not touch such a chaste women as Sita devi.
This test is again an ideal set up warning today women, not to take up excuse of Sita to live with other Man. Adultery is a very big Crime. People now a days take it very lightly. Ofcourse if women of today walk over fire, she would be burnt to ashes. Hence such women should not try to give example of Mother Sita able to keep her Chastity, even while living in the house of other man as an excuse of their living in the house of other Man. Gods set such examples just to prove to other people not to be foolish enough to imitate them. Lord Rama was not living with another woman and hence he need not have to give the same test. If he had, then he would have also given the test to warn Men. Another purpose was that Original Sita was protected by Lord of Fire before the kidnapping was to take place. She was replaced by another image of Mother Sita. Ravana kidnapped just the image. So after the war to get back original Sita, this fire sacrifice was arranged. This is mentioned in Kurma Purana.

3) Rama sending Sita away to jungle to live in Sage Valmiki ashram.
- Though Sita was went over fire to prove her purity, still there was an incident in the kingdom of Rama where a washerman’s women spend night in some other mans house. At this the washerman rejected her saying that he is not “Rama” to accept unchaste women. Washerman was a big fool. But since he quoted from Vedic injunctions, Lord Rama took even his words seriously. Where is a King or Queen who brother even about an insignificant washerman just because he is one of his citizen?
Mother Sita could have demanded her own rights. But instead she took it up to show what austerity a women should perform for atonement if she fell down from principles and lived with other man.
She was not abandoned but sent to the monastery of Sage Valmiki. King cannot abandon any living entity in his kingdom. If they have taken his shelter, then he must give protection and food even to animals. Today’s Kings will throw you out or kill you if you don’t have a valid passport and eat such animals who take their shelter

4) Rama accepting his sons Lav and Kush.
- When childrens of Lord Rama and Sita, grew up, they where very qualified to become Kings. They where so great protectors that they defeated the entire army of Lord Rama. The first Duty of King is to give protection to Citizen, and the qualified person who can give best protection is made the King. Lav and Kush where most Qualified to become Kings. King Rama and people of Ayodhya pleaded mother Sita to come back to live in palace. But she rather accepted to return back to her Mother Earth. She did not commit suicide, but returned back to her mother, the controller of this earth planet.
In order that people do not misunderstand the position of wife of God, as being unchaste and atoning for crime, She again proved her chastity by making the earth open and Going back to her mother.

I am sorry that you have heard Ramayana, from wrong source who has actually poisoned you. If you have any other doubts you can mail me directly and I would be very much pleased to answer from proper authoritative source.
