Not really, it wouldn't even be that different. There would still be people, and they would find something else to fight about. There would are other religions, new ones would be made, and people would still find reasons to hate each other.

Well, OK, let's qualify our statements here. First off, I have to believe that if we were somehow able to annihilate christianity and islam from the globe, the resultant vacuum would be filled by some other nauseous form of backwards superstition. Because these religions, which are the direct cause of so much cruelty, mass-murder, oppression, devolution, ignorance, bigotry, and intolerance in all forms, are also symptoms of the lingering barbarism and savagery of a large portion of the human race.

I think that all religion, no matter what beliefs holds a purpose.
Although religion can create finatics it can aslo give people a sense of direction, whether that being backwards or forwards it doesent matter, because it is all about knowing oneself, and what hold's true to your being. Some are only able to do this with religion..And some like me have used religion as a stepping stone to evolve spirtually,not religiously.

Definately not.. The world would however be better without the extremists, and radicals and hypocrits and the people thinking one religion is the only religion that can get you "everlasting" life.. How absurd is that way of thinking...

In their present forms yes. If they focused more on the basic moral precepts that are at their core then they would benefit mankind.

Nope . the world will be in Chaos!! religion is part of major stronghold to humanities.
Do you want to worship stone, trees ,sun, goats, fish ect?
or would you prefer to be sacrifise? the choise is yours.
