In the Original version of the Apostles Creed it says "Jesus descended into Hell" and then "ascended into Heaven". Why would Jesus ever descend into Hell?

When as a tourist we visit other countries we respect their culture and dress appropriately as to not upset anyone, (keeping legs and shoulders covered etc) but yet ok, muslims are only one example I have chosen due to high media courage at the moment seem to get to wear their veils which is not our tradition?

I'm not being racist here but is Britian doing something wrong or should these other countries be more open and allow non residents of their country to roam in bikini's if they want to?

Why do you insist you cannot be perfect when Jesus calls upon you to be perfect, & warns you that few will find the narrow way, & warns you that many who believe themselves "christian" will be rejected?

Would you gainsay Jesus to soothe your ego?

This isn't the kind of question which will spark a debate. However, I am an eighteen year old A-level student, who has a talent for writing and need to be recognised and hopefully published. My work includes poetry and an unfinished historical novel based on a girl amidst post-WW2 Japan. I have been pursuing literary publications and competitions for two years and am sick of it! I'm even considering self-publishing but am worried about the expensive costs and getting things wrong like Copyright and ISBN. I don't really want to pay for an agent. Please, if anyone has any advice they can offer, it will be gladly received. Thank you.

16 years of school-more or less-then 30 -50 years of working-Most of out lives we are socialized to conform to group standards like worker bees. It would be hard to exist outside of the group with no food,doctor care,housing,money. I wonder if is the path to extinction because we become more distant from nature's natural ways.

I mean children aged like 5 and up! At this age there like small adults and should be treated and told things about life, instead of sheltered from it!

Im talking about the way adults talk to children, sometimes its just really nasty!

I saw this mother the day, and her words were to her kid, Oh will u shut up Katey, stop bein so stupid, why did I have to have such a stupid child
