The reason why not many muslims have aids is because, in Islam fornication (commiting adultrey) is forbidden. Sex is only commited within a marriage. Why? to prevent the spreading of std's ( sexually transmitted diseases) and the most growing one is Aids. If nobody commits adultry no homersexualls exist there would be decreasing numbers of people with Aids and if everybody would of had obeyed GOD (ALLAH) Aids and all these STD'S would not exist now. And with the people of africa well ,the reason why, they have aids is because of prostitution due to poverty. And Islam can prevent that because one of our 5 pillars of Islam is to give money to the poor so these kind of things don't happen. I pray that the people of Africa who are suffering from aids will be cured and everyone else. May ALLAH help everybody from every religion insh'allah ( god willing).

Wasn't aware that aids was common among Christians...I guess you read that in the Quran? If there are no Muslims with AIDS it might be because if they sin you kill them. I'm not sure that is a good thing but it might solve the AIDS epidemic world wide. actually we could solve all disease this way if we just kill more people huh? I'm sure that this is not a recommended method of medicine in my country perhaps it is okay where you are from.

You should have ended the question with "......among Christians and not among Muslims and Jews"
The reason is simple - Research has proved that amongst males, the AIDS virus is transmitted most easily through the inner foreskin of the penis. As Muslims & Jews do not have the foreskin (as they are circumcised) the chance of their contacting AIDS are much lower.
