there are some who could substitute various wording in your question and change the meaning entirely to suit their own needs. personally agree as there is a difference ( in my personal opinion ) between being Spiritual and Religious. good point and thank you.

"Spiritual" is a rather vague and meaningless word. It can mean anything from having awe at the complexity of the universe to believing in invisible dead people.
