nope Astral travel is not real

yes. you do have see astral beasts chasing you. But that happens only sometiomes. However those beasts are nothing but your own apparent/hidden fears that materlize in the astral. Incase you are doing astral travelling then i hope that you have a good teacher to guide you. Else its not a good idea. The best solution to ward off the astral beasts is to pray for divine help. Find some good "mantra" from your religious book & use it always please. I'm sorry but cant reveal my own experiences. All the best.

Those astral beasts who are chasing you is yourself. The only fear you have is fear of yourself. Fear from discovering the truth about yourself and what you need to improve upon. We all have a shadow self and these are the parts of us that we hide from others, it is buried deep within. The next time you do travel the realm, you need to stop and face your beasts because it will have lessons to teach you. Don't be afraid to stand up to them because you will learn much about your hidden self.
