Does using the new testament as proof that the predictions in the old testament are true make sense at all? The whole book was written by men. Not a word of it was "inspired by God".

I have been bi for about 4 years of my life. Now I'm 19 and I've been around with males and females. Very few people even knew that I was bi. Last week I had sex with a girl and didn't even enjoy it. I like men a lot more. I don't want to keep it a secret anymore and I want to tell my friends. But typically I'm afraid and I don't want to lose any of them. Should I keep it in the closet or what should I do??

open a question, find out it's long, then instead of moving on to another question more appropriate for their ADD attention span answer the question, "I didn't read your question because it was too long, but it's my opinion that..."

If they have the attention span of a gnat, why don't they move on? Does it preclude them from understanding that intelligent people exist and don't mind reading something longer and more meaningful than "See Spot Run?"

Why do you feel so threatened by the theory of evolution? What do you intend to gain from trying to prove that creationism is true and evolution is false. Its not like its going to help you become better Christians (or whatever religion which adheres to creationism) or convert people.

Personally I believe that evolution does not prove that God does'nt exist... it only proves that the Bible (or whatever holy book which spouts creationism) is NOT a science textbook.

I'm sure lots of people who answer these questions will have fun with this, but I BELIEVE and KNOW that I have heard the voice of God---I was in a really bad emotional state (relationship induced) and God told me that I just needed to wait, and everything would be fine -those aren't the exact words, but basically gives you the picture-anyway, it's been a while and I know I'm short on patience, but what if it really wasn't God, what if it was the devil playing tricks on me?

I was also wondering if you care for foster children ? Would you adopt a baby who is disabled or drug adicted or adopt an older child? If you answer no to the above questions what is a viable solution? I'm serious, I see a lot of bashing & very few solutions...shouldn't you be involved?
