Using that logic, an autistic kid is less worthy of life than a zygote.
A zygote is following his natural developmental path and will someday be able to "do this and that" while an autistic kid NEVER will.

Where I live, the reason why people (White or Black or Mexican or Indian, etc....) have 3 - 12 kids is not to keep their race from dying out. We are ALL part of the Human Race and I don't see it dying out any time soon, short of a nuclear blast. But here, they have those many kids to get... WELFARE. To get, Your tax dollars so they can sit on their butts at home and do nothing. Now, not saying that's a good reason for abortion, it isn't.... but that is their reasoning to have so many kids. It is not to "save their race".

As I've said before, I don't agree with most of the reasons given for abortion... but to say NEVER do it, is silly and extremist in thinking. And I want to see the Pro-Lifers who take the homeless kids we have now into their own homes. Instead of shouting how wrong it is to abort, PROVE you want to do something about the children we have NOW.

You talk of not letting our species die, but our species is less likely to die out over any other species on the planet. What programs are put into place for those who chose to keep their child instead of the alternative, abortion? Nearly none.

People scream and carry on that abortion is murder, but would they willingly take those children into their home if the child is abandoned? They are condemning these children to murder anyway, because the parents are probably incompetent, and the choice to have an abortion would be best.

Alright, braniac, I'll go with your summation. Answer me this: Is it better to birth a child into a world of neglect and poverty, practically ensuring that the cycle continues, or is it preferable to take a trip down to the clinic and spare the kid all of the bullshit of bad and/or uninterested parents?

Abortion is a necessary evil. No one celebrates it, no one thinks it's a good thing. But I would hate to live in a place where it was not an option.
