Oh, because the bible says so?
Who wrote the bible?
A bunch of men that he inspired to write it?
How do we know he really inspired them?
The bible says so.
How do we know the bible is right?
The bible says so?
Who wrote the bible?
God.
How do you know god is real?
The bible says so.
Yeah...just a goofy loop.
Drop your cooky superstitious religions and move out of the dark ages...

over the last 5 years in spite of the bashing that goes on in sites like this and in the media. Don't you think that this is God working and providing the truth to hearts who are truly set on him?

Ok.... 1st off Feel free to say what you want...I won't report you!!!
Why do poeple report others answers or questions? It is obvious that some questions are not serious, or are ment to invoke a reaction.
I feel that everyone can say their opinion, 1st Amendment. I may not agree with it, but they have the right WITHOUT limitations.

SOOOO... The big question. Why do people feel as if they need to monitor other peoples questions or answers?? If you don't like it look elsewhere! Why not offer CONSTRUCTIVE comments? Or just play along? If you want to bash, swear, yell, complain, or ect I feel you have the right to do it. I don't need others to protect me from someone elses answers...Or is it that you are trying to control the answers because they need to agree with your opinions?

The dog is only defending himself. If they dog is dangerous to begin with then the parent should keep the child away from the dog otherwise why is the dog wrong? Sure the child might not know better, but more often than not it results from the child mistreating the dog and the dog just defends himself just like we would if someone hit us or pulled our tails (if we had one). Parents need to be more responsible and stop blaming the dogs. It should be seen as a learning lesson to the child of what happends when you misbehave. I'm tired of hearing about dogs being euthanized because they bit some brat.

This isn't a question I know but I've finally mastered my 360 page and it's up and running.

It's not perfect and there are no photographs but it's a start.

I'm just seeking to get some coverage and let people know I'm here. Just as with most people, my 360 page is something to use to meet new people, make new friends and perhaps aid my plans for World Domination. As such, only nice people are invited :-)

Take Care :-)

I have just finished my degree in Social care, I have wanted to do this kind of work forever, now that I have got my qualifications I can't find work.

I will not apply for a job that says Carers wanted no experience neccessary. As I can gather that they are offering a low standard of care. Yet I personally do not have a great amount of experience.

I want to work for a respectible company offering quality care. So that I can learn new skills, and myself offer excellent care to service users.

Its not that i'm being picky, I will work with any client group, I will consider most jobs, any kind of hours, although the work has to be inside Southampton and I don't drive. I know that this is a big deal but I do plan to learn soon.

I thought that there were more care jobs than you could shake a stick at. but there are none (that I can find). Every week I look at the same 3 jobs advertised that are of no use to me.

Why are they making it hard to get into this field?

I'm talking about the UK Samaritans (i.e. helpline.) If anyone has done any work for the samaritans I would love to hear what its like. What type of skills do you actively use on a regular basis? Do you have to be very good and thinking on your feet really quickly? What happens if you can't think what to say? As you can see I have loads of questions like this that simply aren't answered on the Samaritans website. I am thinking of volunteering so any advice would be great. Thanks

Hey guys I'm going to a Halloween costume party this year with my boyfriend. I have a really great idea for my costume, but I need something for him. I don't want to do that whole couple's costume thing, I think that's so lame. If you could give me some ideas/suggestions. I would like it to be very unique, also something that is related to an event, or political, a smart costume. Come on people lets here your ideas :)! Thanks!

Hi there!

I dont really want to use an ouija board as I feel it's a bit out of my league and perhaps a bit dangerous. :-/

But I would like to do something a bit different to Ducking Apples, but dont have any ideas. Me and my friends are 13 and would like to do something quite spooky, but we're not allowed to have an Ouija board so does anybody have any other suggestions that are similar?

Any help will be appreciated! Thank you very much guys. ;-)

Anybody with me?
I have noticed that while asking and answering questions people can tend to be rude, myself included. It is easy to take things personally and get defensive. However if we are stripped of our possessions we are all want one thing in life. .. That is to love and be loved. Many people use this site as an outlet to relieve stress. Perhaps they are unaware that real people are on the other end of their venting. I think it's important to show them a little more love and a little less rage. I think it is just adding fuel to the fire. Equally, if someone answers a question in a rude way it is important to not let it make you angry. I know I am guilty of all of the above and I know others are too. Lets all try to be kind to eachother and have a little more patience when answering. If we mess up, lets apologize. Make love not war!!! lol Have a fantastic day!♥
I clearly asked a question. I have seen many hateful questions that were never deleted. It's so sad.☹

I asked this question earlier, but I can't seem to get a satisfactory answer. So I wil ask in another way.

If you are specialised in a certain field, and all of a sudden, you are transffered to a new field, of which you have no prior experience and training, how much can you catch up in the field in a short time, eg 6 months.

For example, if you are specialised in IT and you have no prior experience in car servicing, can you take up the job or not? Can you, with on the job training, learn to service a car well in only 6 months?

Likewise, with no prior experience, can you take up a vocation to assist a biochemist within 6 months?

I have heard many people say that school doesn't teach you everything, you have to learn a lot on your own. However, can you learn anything essential if you have no prior training and within a short time?
