With a lot of love. Lots and LOTS of love.
Do not be harsh. Do not be demanding.
Be willing to help. Even if it means investigating Protestant churches. Be willing to "church hop" and find a Catholic church that speaks to this person. Be willing to dig down to the nitty gritty of what is ultimately dissatisfying for this person.
Also look to formation. What misunderstandings does this person have about Catholic teachings. Catholicism for Dummies is an excellent book for straightening out the confusion. It was written by two priests who are regulars on EWTN.
Not all priests are created equal. Not all churches feed us adequately. Be open to that and help look for answers.
Oh! Consider finding a Latin Mass. Many lost Catholics are taken by its beauty.

I was also raised catholic and most catholics find that there is no power in there church so they have no reason to be there. The problem I have found in a catholic mas is that Jesus is taken out of the equation. Understand that I do not say any of this in a condescending manner, nor do I purpose offend you in any way. I just know from experience that what your friend needs is an encounter with Jesus, and praying to anyone else but Him is fruitless and does not put him in touch with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. I pray that you would do the same, and find a life more abundant, greater than you can imagine or think, in your Father which is in heaven. May God Bless you and keep you.

Church and God is not the same. Disillusioned with the church does not have to be disillusioned with God. Find a Bible-believing church to attend.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicide attempt.)

I'm not catholic, but I do know that a lot people get disillusioned with their religions for reasons that have nothing to do with the doctrine. You know, someone in their congregation offended them.
I think a good friend would just talk with them and make sure their disillusionment really is about relevant doctrinal reasons and not something that really has nothing to do with the religion itself.
best wishes

The Catholic church is a non-Christian cult.
The Catholic church says Mary was without sin, but God's Word says ALL have sinned.
The Catholic church says the pope is the head of God's Church on Earth, but God's Word says Jesus is the head of God's Church.
And let's not forget how the Catholic church allowed pedophile priests to remain as priest, and simply transferred them to other parishes where they raped even more children.

Find out what is disillutioning him/her. It could be something as simple as finding another Catholic church in your area. I've been there, even changed religions. However, I went back to the Catholic faith and I am now firm in my belief.
You can email me if you need any help or have questions.

Get together with your friend and do a thorough study of Catholic Beliefs and their origins. Determine if they are in complete keeping with God's Word. Remember, the Apostle Paul was a very learned man, who promoted the continuance of taking in accurate knowledge. Don't just ask someone to tell you the answers.
If Catholicism has the Blessing of the Holy Spirit, than you will find what you need to remain with them. If not, than you will know to begin looking elsewhere.
Of course, this is dependent on what your friend, and yourself, are really looking for. Is your friend really seeking truth, are is he/she just tired of the rituals? Do you stay with it because it is easier than to be asking questions?

I think you have to provide more information. If she has been to this site, I would not doubt she would be disillusioned with all the lies about the Church here.

She isn't disillusioned with the church, it's religion she is disillusioned with. She's coming out of the cultic teachings of the Catholic Pagan Propaganda. Leave her alone and let her find the true gospel according to Christ, not according to the Holy Roman Pagan Catholic Cult.
