No Dear, 48 is not to old to start over. I started over at 48. I have the best relationship I have ever in my life had. I live in a new place that I really love. And I have a great job. Before I met this person my life was going nowhere. Friends that took advantage all the time. Kids that did not want to get out on there own. One day I went to this place in Colorado Springs called Garden Of The Gods. Out of nowhere, as I was sitting on some rocks watching people;e walk through the park, I started crying. A real hard cry. I started talking to God about what to do. I just poured my heart out for what seemed like forever. And a couple of months later I started this life. I know I am where I belong. It just feels right like nothing else before. Do you know that feeling? My suggestion is to pray. Ask God where you are suppose to be and what you are suppose to be doing. Get in touch with yourself. Soon, before you know it the answers will come for you. But, you have to pray all the time. Talk to God as if He were your best friend. Good luck and God bless. Linda

Too old to start fresh would be someone in his 70s and above.
The western world praises youth and as if the whole of social life revolves around youths. And the elders are just discarded in homes for elderly people. Which is really sad.
After all, not age matters so much as the mental state of self-perception. If you feel old in 40 then you are old. But if you feel confident and look your life with a positive attitude then you`re what you want to be.
"A person should start learning when they are born and end when they die" A.Einstein
Don`t die for life while you are still alive.
It is up to you.

What do you mean by starting fresh? Getting back in the dating scene? You are never too old to find love.

Honey it is never to lateto start out new. To make a better life; to mke it fresh. Like they say its neverto late to go to school. I have a lady in my college class and she is 50 years old. And i told her the same thing. No matter how old you are, you can start all over anyday. Start it fresh and enjoy it. Have fun with your life no matter what age.

You should get a placard that reads "Today is the first day of the rest of your life!" You can never "start fresh" I think, because your history stays with you. That's good, though, because it gives you insight and wisdom into situations you face today. What you can do is decide to live each day with a particular goal and attitude.. irrespective of your past goals and attitudes and circumstances. With perserverence and genuine desire, anyone can transform their lives. I beieve that faith in God is often instrumental in any type of personal transformation for growth.

In my opinion, there isn't an age where you're too old to start fresh. Everyone has the ability to change, to "turn over a new leaf," they just have to want to do it.
