There is a saying that.... a man is judged by his friends and the company he keeps. Which I think is true. And it is not what region you come from determines your attitudes and behaviour, but how were brought up and how you behave as a person.
I have a feeling there is a hidden agenda here so can you explain your question please?

Yes I would say so.
Some placed have a easy way of life and the people are more relaxed in their views usually about things like religion,money etc etc.
Then theres hard knock places like Glasgow where even people being friendly towards you is like being licked by a pitbull ;)

Definitely, i'm a londoner and yeah it's the most unfriendly city i've been to. No-one really talks to strangers, you get used to it as you grow up so you don't either, so that influences your behaviour.

yes i think so.
We grow up with peer pressure in school/work/society and everyone tries to act or be a certain way to be accepted.
why do poeple from manchester say "d'ya know what i mean?" and "innit"...??
