You can use the public galleries for most criminal cases in the magistrates and crown courts, county are generally closed unless you have a vested interest.

Some court listings are available on the net but you can always ring the court to get details of listings.

Yes...you are better going to the 'high courts' more serious cases.....sometimes you may be asked to leave especially if its a rape case.........sometimes going to the district courts are quite funny cause thats were all the stupid neds go......

if your not happy in the court theres comedy store, the difference is in comedy store the comedians stand up in court they sit down
