He is said to be the ruler of the Heavens-and litterally thousands of churches have been built and he has not been seen in one-NO NOT ONE! I can't remember anything in all of the religious text I have consumed ever having heard of one prophet being in church of the faith that they were designing-Jesus was a carpenter-HE DID NOT BUILD A CHURCH-ok-well at least nothing mentions him using his skills to do so-he was a skilled carpenter however-did he ever make crucifixes for the Romans to use-OH MY GOD YOU BLASPHEMOUS MAN! HOW DARE YOU INsinUATE my saviour doing such a thing! Well hell SAVED ONE-I can't figure out this mans calling himself a carpenter-hell he knew how to fish better than most_Throw thy nets there!" He knew a quick recipe for wine"even while a minor"-he was good at demolition-completely destroying the merchants market-(which incidently contradicted "turning the other cheek"huh! but mostly he healed the sick and diseased-and stained his Cross Red-(RED CROSS) Y Not DR. JESUS?

I am sure most people will not understand the concept of this question but oh well. The same brainwashing that lead to these people embracing religion also leads them to believe Mcdonalds is good. Atheists/Agnostics realize Mcdonalds is trash and have moved on to Burger King, Wendys, etc to fulfull their fast food needs in their adult years. My basic point is that people that like Mcdonalds over the higher quality fast food establishments are weak minded fools.

him when you get to FSM heaven,? It's OK, the FSM doesn't really give a Shlit. Unlike the christian god who will throw you into a lake of fire for creating you with a brain that uses logic and putting you in a situation where you aren't brainwashed, he loves you UNCONDITIONALLY! (and he exists)

So keep mocking the great FSM....no1 cares..not even the FSM!! Seriously...mock him all you want. :)

We will all know the truth about his noodly appendage after we die and won't be punished for the inferences we make w/o any evidence of the truth!

In GEN. 3:6 it reads and she gave also to her husband WITH her. Is there any special understanding on the meaning of with her. It also strikes me as strange that the term husband is used here. so any Hebrew people out there who can help us with this. What does with her mean like is it at arms length or in sight. Perhaps the talmud (sorry my spelling is often poor) has something to offer here.

I find the conversation just stops when some Christians say that atheism is impossible. I'm willing to live with the notion that it's unprovable, because there are different standards of evidence and proof. But to say that I don't believe what I say I believe is, in itself, beyond belief.

This cannot have sprung from the minds of these parrots. Who started this maddening craze that disbelieves in disbelief?

are we not all equal in the eyes of God ?

"Blessed are you poor, For yours is the kingdom of God…Woe to you who are rich, For you have received your consolation"; and,"Truly I say to you, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. "Again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."; and, "Sell your possessions and give to charity; make yourselves money belts which do not wear out, an unfailing treasure in heaven, where no thief comes near nor moth destroys." (Luke 6:20, 24; Matt. 19:23-24; Luke 12:33

For the vast, vast majority of people who are part of what calls itself the church in the United States, the words of Jesus above, spoken in the context of material wealth, will immediately draw an emotionally defensive response. Why? What does it mean when someone is defensive at the suggestion of living a sacrificial life for Jesus? What does it mean when people get defensive when it is suggested they do with fewer material things or 'not-as-nice' material things? Well, it probably means they are either in bondage to, or struggling with, the sin of covetousness. What is the definition of "covet"? It is to consistently desire more material things than what you presently have. It means to focus on getting more money/things as opposed to giving them away in serving the Lord. What does it mean to be in bondage to the sin of covetousness? It means one is not willing to try and follow Messiah Jesus. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

I have a friend with a special tallent. He can play music on his armpitt. One day a bunch of us were over at his place and someone brought it up. Not everyone wanted to see, so he and those of us who did went into another room where he proceeded to demonstrate his weird tallent. The people who were not involved barged in and saw him, then complained about how gross it was.

1. Jesus says, "But from the beginning of creation, God made them male and female." (Mark 10:6)

Here, Jesus gives his support of the creation account in Genesis 1:1, 27. Note he says "from the beginning of creation", not after hundreds of millions of years of asexual reproduction that then somehow lead to sexual reproduction, and then a few more billion years before man 'evolved'. It appears Jesus was referring to Genesis 1:1, 27 with the concepts of "from the beginning of creation" (verse 1) and "male and female" (verse 27). See also Matt. 19:4.

While the issue he was addressing was divorce in those passages, his Words also support both the Genesis one creation account, as well as confirming one of the greatest weaknesses of any type of naturalistic evolutionary belief...the impossibility of the naturalistic evolving of sexual reproduction.

2. Could the God you know of through the Words of Jesus have created all things in six days or less? Did God need to work through existing physical processes in order to increase order, or could he have created complex matter instantaneously? If the reader disfavors His creating matter from nothing, then the reader should also discount Jesus' feeding of the thousands with a few fish and loaves of bread. While this argument certainly does not prove that God in fact did create all the time-space-matter universe in six days, it does support his being able to do so if he choose.

3. If you hand Genesis chapter one to a child to read, how long will they say it took God to create the heavens and the earth and all that is in the earth?

Doesn't Jesus say, "...Truly I say to you, Unless you are converted and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of Heaven." (Matthew 18:3) Is this attitude really restricted to 'salvation' or 'spiritual' matters only? Don't confuse current verifiable physical matters with speculation about past events.

4. Those "scientists" who reject Jesus and who deny the existence of God, dogmatically and almost unanimously defend naturalistic evolution.

Jesus says, "And this is the condemnation, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than the Light, because their deeds were evil." (John 3:19)

5. Many "scientists" who acknowledge God exists have more verifiable facts (true, present empirical science) against evolution than evolutionists have in support of evolution. In like manner, many "scientists" who acknowledge God exists have more verifiable facts for a younger earth than evolutionists have facts to support an old earth.

6. Anyone who believes naturalistic biological evolution is poorly read regarding the present scientific arguments and evidence of the creationist scientists and intelligent design thinkers. It is simply a fact that naturalistic evolution - defined as no intervention from an intelligent Designer - could not have taken place. Those who tend to believe in naturalistic evolution are placing too much weight on contemporary philosophers and too little weight on Jesus Words and much physical evidence that supports a more recent creation.

7. Other views of evolution (non-naturalistic) are reasonable and could be held by followers of Jesus...views such as God using an evolution-type process (direct intervention) to create man - sometimes called progressive creation; gap theories about the Genesis chapter 1 account to account for an old earth, should a person believe the evidence for an old earth, etc.

Conclusion: Let's base our faith on Jesus' Words first. If a person believes that Jesus doesn't conclusively address the matter, then we should be flexible. The followers of Jesus should not divide or fight over this issue, for it is not of primary importance. We can follow Jesus and obey him together without unity on this issue, except to acknowledge that the Most High God is the Creator and that he was active in creation.

Less than a minute ago, I saw a male is carrying away a box filled with food from a charity food drop-off, so he is able-bodied. He has a cell phone attached to his belt, so he has money.
Please tell me what the circumstances could be that would rationalize this.

I have this re-occurring dream about a house. This house belonged to one of my mum's friends called Irene. I loved that house, it was so mysterious. As a kid I always wanted to live there it also had a great big garden. There was something 'scary' about it and perphaps that just added to the mystery. In my re-occurring dream I always have the following: I inherited this house and now it's mine. It's exciting to go around and look at everything, I'm always enjoying it, however, the house is haunted and sometimes the spirit or spirits get annoyed so doors start to slam and the rest of it. Nothing violent but enough to make me decide to go away for bit. However, last night I just wanted to stay and wait for the spirit(s) but I woke up. What does this all mean? I really wish I inherited this house.

i'm not here to pick fights, that is the last thing on my mind, but why do so many people judge others on their religious beliefs?

I don't care what your religion is honestly, frankly i could i careless, if you want to worship satan go right ahead, if you want to worship Buddha go ahead, if you want to worship god, if you want to worship goddess&god go ahead. As long as you are mostly a good person why should it matter?

Some of you say your god is the only one to judge but, you stand by and judge others on their religion, and you say they are going to hell if they don't believe what you believe..why?

If you are going to be horribly hateful, please don't reply thank you.
