If you were to place 2 people in the same amount of sunlight, one with black skin and one with white, would the black skinned person get hotter quicker than the white person, due to the colour white reflecting light and black absorbing the light???

No offence intended but I have heard weird rummors like Jewish Women shave their heads, go to secret spa's and wear wiggs. I say is all a fabrication.
