Physical strength and the ability to make up riddles...unfortunately he didn't have the sense to keep the answers to himself until the appropriate time, but his main weakness was that in todays terms, he was a homicidal maniac.

His strength- he always listened to God, even going so far as to anoint a young boy as the Lord's chosen king, at a time when Israel already had a king.
His weakness - he listened to the people. They wanted a king, and he let them have one, even though God advised against it.
