** I would liked to ask that if you want to say Holy spirit please first read the whole text

1-John chapter 14 verse 16:
"And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you "another" Comforter, that he may abide with you forever."

2-Gospel of John chapter 15 verse 26:
"But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which
proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me"

3-Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 7:
"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not
come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you".

**Some Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. but
the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the
Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc.
whereas the Bible says "....for if I go not away, the Comforter will not" so the comforter WILL NOT COME even just temporarily when Jesus is on earth
So according to 3-Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 7, the comforter cant be Holy Spirit .

Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 12-14:
"I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is
come, he will guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me".

and this was exactly the way that the Holy quran was revealed to prophet mohammad he used to just repeat what was
revaled to him , and he did not add or delete any words from it.

any ways this was my interpretation of these verses and I did not want to disrespect others.

mostly homosexual.

Well I spoke to my friend and she told me that atheist are mostly homos, gays, quers, dykes, dookie shooter, only because they know homosexuality is WRONG and they just don't want to admit to it.

Pregnant, severely depressed, and in need of prayer!!!?

Several weeks ago, I sent a prayer request out on here regarding my loss of appetite due to my depression. I was so concerned because I knew that I could not nourish my unborn child if I couldn't eat. You all prayed and my prayers were answered! Now my appetite is not a problem and your prayers are why. Now I need the same in my battle with depression. I am suffering so badly. While my physical health has improved, my emotional health continues to slip moment by moment. I need strength, peace, happiness, joy, all of what it takes to have a healthy pregnancy and child. I am asking for your prayers because I truly believe in the power of prayer so I am requesting and recruiting all of you to pray for me and my child. My depression is also affecting the way I parent my other children. I am taking from them the mother they deserve because I am so unhappy. I need help and the only answer is prayer and faith that this too shall pass. With your prayers, I trust it will be soon. TY

why wouldnt animals go to a "heaven"?

why would an animal not go to heaven as some religions promise?humans are classified as mammals,which are animals any way you look at it.our civility is the only thing that seperates us from other species.to think that other animals besides humans would not be included in an "afterlife" is pretty darn snooty if you ask me,i know some of you might quote scripture,saying why "animals" dont go, *sigh* thats fine i welcome all responses but does anyone see what i mean?i understand if you dont.

Do you think it's safe to responsibly practice white magic in the house I share with my young son?

Please, if you are just here to tell me I'm going to burn in hell or whatever, thank you and you may leave now.

I haven't practiced for a long time. I would like to do something simple and careful and responsible with magic, but I am frankly a little concerned that it might attract the attention of unwanted entities to my house where I live with my 3-yr-old son.

What do you think? If you have children, do you practice in the house? (While they are away, obviously). Thank you for your advice.

Why do so many African Americans resent Caucasians?

Why is it that so many African Americans resent Caucasians? During the course of my life, I have heard many African American people making racist remarks against white people and I have seen a lot of animosity towards Caucasians from African Americans. Some people have said it has to do with slavery. The fact of the matter is -- I never owned a slave, my parents never owned a slave, my grandparents never owned a slave and I don't think my great grandparents did either. In fact, not a single African American alive today was ever a slave. That being said, why do African Americans still use slavery as an excuse to feel hatred towards white people? Is it possible that African Americans have more of a tendency to be racist than Caucasians do in today's day and age?
