I found most of them in the bookstores like Barnes and nobles and Borders or Charter Book Stores. Try amazon.com for possible cheaper copies. Perhaps a correct spelling of what you need will be very helpful. I am not very sure if you have the right spelling for what you are looking for if you use the internet.
