You do realize that your statement and people like you are part of the reason people go against Christianity. Religion and sexual preference have nothing to do with the other. Maybe a lot of people change to atheists because they see Christians who do not practice what they preach. Hypocrites. You need to get a life rather then coming online to say rude things about atheists, and homosexuals. I am not either one but I still find your posting offensive and uncalled for. Mayeb your having problems coming out of the closet and questioning your faith so you resort to these type of thing. Either way there is nothing wrong with being an atheist or a homosexual. To each there own, live and let live. Oh and Get a flippin life!

No- nothing you said is true.

No, it's not true. Homosexuals can be atheist or theist, and atheists can be homosexual or heterosexual. The two are not related.

If someone doesn't want to admit something about homosexuality, it's usually because they're Christian and they don't want to admit they are homosexual, so they do funny things like get married and have kids and run for governor, only to come out later and quit.

I am homosexual, I am atheist and I don't think homosexuality is wrong or a moral issue at all...homosexuality is a normal human variation like height or IQ (and we know how they vary)

If theist religions were totally welcoming to gays and were not at all anti- gay as they often are it would make no difference to me, I would still not be a theist because the concept of God is unconvincing to me, it's simply that and nothing to do with my being gay...that said I think any religious people who vilify gays have a serious problem and should mend their ways.

Not one bit. We atheist are knowledged. We know what it takes to carry on the human species. Homosexuality is not that route. Just because we are atheist doesn't mean we don't know right from wrong. Atheist don't neccessarily condone homosexuality so much as we just think its a waste of time. Why "try" to pro-create with the same sex instead of actually following through and having offspring with the opposite sex.

We atheist don't "hate" anyone. We are responsible for our own actions as anyone should be. If that is someone's preference, fine, but it's not a very smart one for the human race. Good try though, thanks for asking.

You know, asking questions for the sole purpose of pissing people off is an abuse of the site. Are you so desperate for attention that getting a rise out of people is starting to look appealing? Go hang out in a bar, loser. At least that way you can annoy people face to face... unless of course you're afraid of REAL human contact.

Obviously you forgot the thump the part of the bible that forbids you to bear false witness against your neighbour.

I wonder if a christian who ignores God's word is in more trouble than an athiest who doesn't believe God's word.

The people who are atheist are......tired of you.

Not to mention I have never even met an ATHEIST with as foul of a mouth as you have just demonstrated what you said was completely crossing the line! Athiests show each other more respect with NO BELIEF IN GOD than you have just shown to anyone who red your comments.

One situation has NOTHING to do with the other. There are homosexuals and heterosexuals - even asexuals - in every type of religion or non-religion. That is like comparing apples to oranges. It is simply not logical.

Wow, what a blatantly and rude thing to say. Being atheist has nothing to do with being gay or not. Don't resort to stereotypes and don't believe anything in what your friend has said, she obviously doesn't know anything or have any respect for others.

I'm an agnostic so I am sort of right in the middle of heterosexuality and homosexuality. :) I'm having a hard time figuring out if you're joking or you're just an idiot.
