Please, if you are just here to tell me I'm going to burn in hell or whatever, thank you and you may leave now.

I haven't practiced for a long time. I would like to do something simple and careful and responsible with magic, but I am frankly a little concerned that it might attract the attention of unwanted entities to my house where I live with my 3-yr-old son.

What do you think? If you have children, do you practice in the house? (While they are away, obviously). Thank you for your advice.

Thank you to all the Christians who have told me I am evil. Our feelings are mutual.

If by unwanted entities you mean spiritual entities, I doubt that it will attract any at all! (an atheist's POV, here) However, more concrete entities, like disturbed neighbors or angry super-fundamentalist Christians... maybe. That kind of thing all depends on your discretion, anyway.

As for any influence practicing white magic might have on your son: based on what little I know, I can't think it would be harmful. White magic is benign stuff, right? You're doing things responsibly and with good intentions, not cursing the cattle or dedicating your soul to dark lord Satan!

To me, raising a kid to believe in white magic is no different than raising him to believe in some mystical savior, and will doubtlessly be just about as safe (or unsafe) in result. The fact that you're worrying about how it will affect your son just means that you're a responsible and caring parent.

Isn't that much more important in the end?

I don't think you are evil, fascinating is more like it after reading your other questions. I have known many who practice witch craft in their own homes who have children and none of the children have come to any harm... It is interesting that you are practicing or have been witchcraft, reason I say this is I am born on halloween and not that should have much to do with anything but it certainly seems to. I have had so many unexplained events weird but always good for me happen and believe in the power of magic.. I have even had witches hiss at me that where complete strangers only to find out after wards they could sense a strange power or feeling about me haha... Anyways unless the witchcraft you want to do is dangerous by itself that it has poison or other dangerous things about it, it should be safe for your children....

If you practice responsibly as you say then there is no way you will attract "unwanted entities". As you know you clear and cleans your majikal space thereby creating a safe enviroment protected by the goddess. I have practiced when my children were both home and away. I am a formally trained witch in an established tradition, and have had no problems. I have had both personal and group rituals held in my home. As long as you draw your ritual space with the proper intent and cleansing you will have nothing to fear.

Men aren’t “supposed” to seek out advice on how to get women or ask their friends how do I get a girl. We don’t sit around analyzing each other’s relationships. Still, picking up beautiful women is a skill that anyone can learn with enough time, practice, and access to the right resources. Read here https://tr.im/qR3m3
There is a ton of stuff ( to help you get started. Sometimes the techniques go against “conventional wisdom” or what seems to work in movies and romance novels. Push yourself out of your comfort zone and try them – they DO work and they are a huge advantage over the competition.

My son grew up in a house with 2 practicing Witches. It did not have any ill effects on him.
He is now 25 and a very well rounded individual.

Let me start by saying I'm a Christian. if you continued reading then here is my advice. If you don't know if its safe then don't do it. would you do something else that might put you child at risk? Even if you weren't sure? Think about that.

i would think that as long as it is purely white magic, then you will be safe. its all in the intent, anyway.

besides, there are several ways to banish unwanted entities and/or prevent them from appearing.

It does not matter where you practice, your action fall upon your children, until they are of the age where they can make their own decisions. As for magic, there were ones in the Bible who practiced magic, but when they converted to the true worship of God Almighty, they burned the magic books, rather than sell them, which were comparatively worth thousands of dollars in today's money. If you truly believe in God, you don't pass on evil things, whatever the color, to others.
