not all white people speak english, & not all caucausian r "white" & a lot non-caucausian has english as 1st languge too.

Yo don't worry just speak it all the time and listen carefully how good English is spoken.
Not only white, lots of people here in US speak English with grammatical errors, with words you'll never find in a standard dictionary and in slang tone. So you can't blame them because even if they speak it grammatically wrong sometimes it's funny and sounds cool, and this doesn't mean they can't speak it correctly.
If someone laughed at you because you can't speak English well,
don't mind just think how many times again you are gonna meet that person again? If you are living in any Western country you'll learn it very quickly.

I am a Pilipino and I studied Spanish language, I used it in my conversation with the Mexicans here, they found me quite hard to understand because of the right grammar that I use. There are also Americans that I met in Manila that are fluent in Tagalog because they studied here formally in school. We find it quite too formal and romantic most of the time because our tagalog in Manila are often the conversational tagalog with some street language that has become easily understandable for us Filipinos even if it is grammatically wrong..

well if i understand your question correctly. Is it that some white aren't good at grammars?
Wel there are many european countries where english is not the mother tongue. and yes there are few exception even if he has english as mother tongue and not good at grammar. It's individual deficiency and not to be classified as group.
