Well, you tell your best friend about it first (which you have already done), then ya'll go and kick his balls in till he drops on the floor. At this point, the perv is weak and lacking all strength. You and your great and very beautiful best friend put makeup all over his face, strap a bra around his chest, and pull the fire alarm. Make sure you do this during PRIME working hours if you get my drift.

:)

This IS the "best answer" right?

I'm assuming you're not attracted to him.
Write it off as a one-time thing and forget about it. If he approaches you again, tell him he knows its truly a bad idea for both of you, and he should know full well he's putting you both at risk(best to make it seem like his idea). Tell him he needs to look for someone to play with who doesn't work there -for both your sakes.
Else tell him you have herpes.

You will not lose your ability to obtain another job by refusing him. If you end up quitting your job to avoid sleeping with your boss, I'd say that was worth it. There are thousands of jobs out there.

1. Tell the boss that you're not interested and you hope that the professional relationship you've enjoyed up until now will continue.

2. If you feel that your boss wants you to return some romantic favor, and your job is threatened if you don't, that's sexual harrassment. You can explain this to the boss, and, if things do not cool off, report him/or her for sexual harrassment to the company.

My God, don't let a creep like this wreck your job prospects. Stand up to him, next time he tries it, dig the heel of your shoe in to his foot and don't get off until he's howling for mercy and when he bends down to rub his foot knee him straight in the head, grab his hair and tell him right to his fact that if he ever comes near you again, you'll have the entire membership of Yahoo! Answers on his case!
If that fails, the sensible thing to do would be to look for another job on the quiet, reject him and then take great pleasure in telling him your leaving.
Take care, be safe and be strong. xx

It's harassment pure and simple. He has all the power here and you have none. Even if you were to consent to this "relationship" and things go sour, he will always have the upper hand.

Please...please...do not get into this situation. Be very clear with him that this is not what you want. Even he has to answer to someone and sexual harassment is not taken lightly by anyone including the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

You will want to:

1. Document everything. Time, date, place, what you were doing, what he was doing, what led up to it. You will want to be as thorough as possible.

2. Find out what the sexual harassment policies and procedures are at your work place. Also, see what they cover in your state. Follow procedure as best you can.

Well if your husband is bigger tell him. it takes to kiss also. Black male him some how. Tell him you will tell his wife if he is married, It is either your dignity or a job, and if you aint poor then kick him in his balls until he falls on the ground and then smash them with your shoes, high heels if ya have them. or you could do this before you quit, get your husband to go into some room without your boss knowing then tell your boss you want to give him something, and make it sound sexy , and go into that room and wait for him then let your husband whoop his ***, you can tell the cops also. and he cant fire you

tell him you do not apreciate his advances and that you do not want it to happen again. Keep a journal of everytime he says or does anything inappropriate.

If he has a boss, you need to report it to him, even if his boss is in a corporate office thousands of miles away. Document these conversations also....time, date, who you spoke to, and what their response was.

If you lose your job, you have documentation of the deeds and the person you reported him to. You will not have a complaint or lawsuit if you do not keep records....

No one has the ability to ensure that you can never obtain another job. If he's that psycho, then you need to find a new job FAST. When you find the new job, don't even tell him you quit.
