For a man/boy you usually just add -er, for a woman/girl add -erin
So Berliner, Berlinerin etc.
That's in German, not sure if that's what you wanted. Munich is called Munchen (there's two dots on the u) in German, whereas Nurnberg (dots again) is usually called Nuremberg in English.
