In GEN. 3:6 it reads and she gave also to her husband WITH her. Is there any special understanding on the meaning of with her. It also strikes me as strange that the term husband is used here. so any Hebrew people out there who can help us with this. What does with her mean like is it at arms length or in sight. Perhaps the talmud (sorry my spelling is often poor) has something to offer here.

"...וַתִּתֵּן גַּם-לְאִישָׁהּ עִמָּהּ..." ("and she gave also to her man with her").

My understanding, as a native Hebrew speaker, is that she gave it to the man (not husband!) that was hers, that was "with her".
