I'm thinking of joining an Asian frat, but I've heard some pretty ****** up stories about people getting the **** beat out of them in groups and being made to do some weird **** (weird penis torture stuff, broom up the ***, etc.). Just asking anyone with race-frat experience how bad it really is.

Today, I was working at an entry control point and some lady came up with a baby in one arm, and a carseat in the other.

She looked like it was hard work and finally she dropped the car seat when she came up to me to get her credentials checked and Yelled "Jesus!"

Well, I looked around in every direction and curiously inquired "Where!"

She looked confused and I whispered, "we better look busy then shouldn't we"?
She walked away kinda confused? I thought she sighted jesus, how do i understand this phenomena?

i have a long distance relationship with a girl, from across the country. we aren't techically together but probably will be once i finish school and one of us moves so we can be together. she has a guy friend, who is 20 yrs older than her and use to be her boss. he is married but has made it very clear to my girl that he has feelings for her. i want to tell her not to see him anymore but she says he is a cool guy and they are just friends. but a cool guy? married with kids and telling a girl twice your age you want to kiss her? am i out of line to tell her not to see him anymore?
i am actually interested in getting opinions on whether it is just me who thinks it is totally sleazy to be married with kids and declaring your love for someone... let alone someone half

All of a sudden, they realize things the way atheists realize them, and are still expected to show up Sunday. How would these people feel? I think we need to create a chain of support groups, so they aren't so afraid of changing...maybe?

I met a great guy in Brazil this summer, and would love to continue a relationship with him. My portuguese is bad, and his english is not much better, so things are not going very well over the internet. Would anyone mind translating letters for me to send to him. I have heard that sexual orientation has to do with more than just sex, but also emotional too. So does that mean I can get with guys, but have a girlfriend, someday a wife, have no sexual relationship with my wife but still get with guys, and be straight...?

Islam is a culture, not only a religion as most people think. The strange thing about fanatic muslims is their ignorance of Islamic culture ( art, poetry, philosophy..etc. ). The Idea we have now about Islam is based on terrorists opinions about the religion, and not the reflections of philosophers about the Islamic vision in the thoughts of Islamic scholars.

Maybe we're interpreting the Bible incorrectly. Maybe there was no death before Jesus. Maybe humanity has been paying the ultimate price, death, for the sins of Jesus. It's quite possible that Jesus must believe in us in order for him to be re-united with his father. What do you think? Should I start another sect of Christianity?
